Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping rates:
Shipping rates will vary by state and weight of the package. Final shipping charges will be calculated on the checkout page.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $100

Shipping Time:
Shipping time will vary based on your location and delivery method selected. 

Black Bow Boutique is NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail.

Order processing time:
All in stock orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after ordering (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
Customers can expect to receive an email notification once an order has been placed, and another notification once their order has shipped.
Pre-order items will ship within 3-5 business days after stock arrival.
**If there are variables that affect the expected processing or shipping of orders, Customers will be contacted via email. We make an extra effort to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible

Please review and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address as we will not be able to make changes to orders once it has shipped.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded for store credit (excluding shipping fees) if you are still interested in the product, you will be asked to resubmit a new order with the correct address.

Order Status:
Once you order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that will contain tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available. If order status is shown as DELIVERED, Black Bow Boutique WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:
Carrier limitations may prevent shipping to P.O. Boxes. This will be communicated to the Customer prior to processing of the order.


Refunds, returns and exchanges:

Refunds:
Eligible items may be returned for a full refund. Items must be received within 7 days from the time you received your order.  Any items received between the 8th -10th business day are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Any items sent back after 10 days will be returned to the sender. Once your item has been received, you will receive an email within 48-72 hours to your original method of payment.  Please email us at shopblackbow@gmail.com to start your return. 


Returns:

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Black Bow Boutique and product tags attached. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, sale items, bodysuits or swimsuits. Defective items must be reported within 2 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee of 30% will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, or sent back after the 7 days.

Damaged Items:
All items will be checked for quality prior to shipping. If you receive a damaged item. Please contact us at

Final Sales:
Any item purchased at a discount of 40% OFF or higher is considered to be a FINAL SALE
